Bloom Ventures is a Miami-based real estate firm that acquires and develops value-add commercial and mixed-use assets across hotels, office, industrial, retail, and land. We invest in Florida and select markets across the United States.
Our approach is systematic and hands-on. We underwrite carefully and operate every asset directly. Eight years and twenty-eight transactions have built a track record on a single playbook: source good real estate, maximize its value, and return capital to investors.
