David sets Bloom's investment strategy and is known for spotting opportunity where others don't to identify mispriced or overlooked assets across property types.
Mariano Karner
Partner and COO
Mariano is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in development and asset management. He co-founded Privé Group and Brightway Properties, completing over $1B in projects nationwide. At Bloom he oversees day-to-day operations, development execution, and asset strategy.
Luis Nudel
Asset Manager
Luis is a commercial real estate investor with a background in capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, where he participated in over $1B in CRE transactions. He brings principal-side experience across all asset classes. At Bloom he drives acquisitions, financial modeling, asset management, and investor relations.

Jimmy is a seasoned investor with over 30 years of real estate experience. His portfolio spans land, multifamily, retail, hotel, and mixed-use assets across Florida. He founded Hollywood Commercial LLC and is the largest property owner in Downtown Hollywood, FL.

Phil is a commercial real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, finance, joint ventures, and development. He brings deep expertise in hotel transactions, including the Wyndham brands. On every Bloom deal, he protects investor interests with precision and rigor.
Jesse Ordan
VP of Hospitality
Jesse is a hospitality leader with nearly 20 years in operations, brand development, and revenue management. He previously held leadership roles at Wyndham Hotels, where he was instrumental in taking the Echo Suites concept from launch to national rollout with over 275 franchises.
